ABR Paralegal Services is a team of licensed paralegals serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area, with a focus on landlord and tenant matters. Founded in 2024 by graduates of Seneca Polytechnic, our team has worked side by side for years, and that trust and collaboration shows in every file.

Before becoming a paralegal, Sanya graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in Sociology and Diaspora and Transnational Studies. Her studies gave her insight into how people’s backgrounds, communities, and life experiences shape the way they navigate challenges like housing. That perspective helps her connect with clients from all walks of life, listen closely to their concerns, and explain each step of the process in plain language.
